RETURN POLICY

We accept returns 30 days from the day you receive the device. (We base the receiving time from the tracking number.)

• We offer both exchanges and refunds. 

• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart) refund will be issued less 20% which is the restock fee. 

• Warranty will be voided if the device is returned damaged, not in the same condition as shipped or if the device has been opened.
