This item was purchased on November 24, 2018 from Best Buy so the 1 year parts and labor warranty has just expired.

Are the headphones new?

Is that a mark on the palm rest on the right?

Any scratches on the screen?

Any other scratches and marks to note?

The headphones came with the purchase of a Pixel 3 XL about a year ago but have only been used once or twice. The rest of the time they have just been sitting in a travel bag.

The mark on the right palm rest was easily wiped off.

There are no scratches on screen or anywhere else. The case, keys and palm rests show signs of use but nothing that cannot be removed with a good screen cleaner/alcohol wipe.

What's the battery info?

I'm not sure what specs you're looking for but the battery is lithium-ion rated at 10 hours.
