Hi Ruben, I’m going to have Swappa pitch in to see if they would advise against sending to freight forwarding address. If there is a deviation in cost I will adjust it accordingly as well. Not familiar with how that process works. The imperfection above the webcam is either a fingerprint or dust of some sort. I know there are no permanent abrasion on the display at all I can update the image later this evening for peace of mind.

Great question! We don't necessarily advise against shipping to a freight forwarding address. It's up to the seller's discretion. This address should be confirmed in the buyer's PayPal prior to purchase.

Ruben, here is PayPals policy on redirects and how that effects seller protection:

"You must ship the item to the shipping address on the transaction details page in your PayPal account for the transaction. If you originally ship the item to the recipient's shipping address on the transaction details page but the item is later redirected to a different address, you will not be eligible for PayPal Seller Protection. We therefore recommend not using a shipping service that is arranged by the buyer, so that you will be able to provide valid proof of shipping and delivery."


It appears through this that I will not be protected through the freight forwarding arrangements and therefore would be unwilling to send the device to a freight forwarding address. If you can confirm that this disclaimer is inapplicable to the case of freight forwarding I am willing to reconsider.

As I understand, the issue is that if the item comes with some damage, there is no way to know which shipper is to blame. So I think that I cannot ask later for return and refund in case of an issue. I've been using their service for a long time with no issues, so I'm almost 100% sure that there won't be a problem with their shipping. I can see that device is in very good condition, so If you are ok with packing it with some extra layers of security I don't think there will be an problems with shipment whatsoever. The only issue that I will not take responsibility for is if the package won't reach the freight forwarding address, which I don't think will happen.

Sounds good, Ruben. I believe the freight address is reliable. Just want to be sure I’m protected in the circumstance you’re referring to.

I’m okay with proceeding with the transaction now. Will provide tracking information to the freight address and hope all goes well. In response to your previous question on price this has been adjusted a few times already within the last couple of weeks. I would like to offer more time at its current offer to confirm if can’t sell as is so I won’t be adjusting price at this time.
