Damage Description
There's a tiny bump in the bottom back.
The screen has a dust particle "stuck" on it, I'm not sure what it is, it doesn't seem to be a dead pixel because you can feel it with the finger, however, I wasn't able to clean it.

MacBook Pro 13" 3.1 GHz i7 16GB RAM 512GB SSD
Used MacBook Pro in very good condition.
Battery still has some cycles in.
The reason it's sold as "fair" and not as "good" is that one piece of dust stuck to the screen (I don't think it's a dead pixel).

Couldn’t see on your pictures where’s the problem with the screen. How long is the battery lasting? Is it on “service now” state?
the battery is not in "service now", it's not great but last few hours, it depends on what I was doing - I usually had it connected.
I've added a photo with that pixel. For most parts, you don't see it, but every now and then when the screen is white, you can notice it.
It's there on every single photo, almost invisible on a dark screen and slightly visible on white ones.

How firm are you on the price? Would you sell for $575?
To be honest, last time I've checked, Apple trade in price was $580.I think the price is fair
