The battery has had no issues holds a charge all day. I'm not sure about the apple care. This was an upgrade from at&t and we just paid off the remaining balance and switched providers. We could not transfer this phone to the new provider.
Is it unlocked phone if i have to use with T-mobile or cricket Service?
We had at&t unlock the phone so we could transfer the number. I am unsure if this phone is compatible with T-mobile or cricket. The carrier can check compatibility by using the IMEI number. We switched from at&t to spectrum mobile and were unable to bring the device over, which is why we are selling it.
