We are an actual retail store. We can guarantee that this device is BRAND NEW, never used, never activated, and is NOT a financed phone. It will have a 1 year Apple Warranty on it that does not begin until you insert your sim card, and do the initial first activation. At that point, you will be able to see your warranty status under the iPhone's settings.
This Apple model comes unlocked, and is also known as the "sim free" flex model much like the one you would purchase directly from Apple or Best Buy. As a result, the phone will follow the LOCKING POLICY of whatever sim card you initially activate it with. For example, Verizon will lock the phone to their network for 60 days. AT&T will lock it to your account until you request to unlock it. DUE TO THIS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

what do u mean by flex model
If you were to order an iPhone directly from Apple (or go to Best Buy) but choose not to have it activated with a carrier, Apple sells it "unlocked". These are known as "flex models" as they are "flexible" with what carrier they can be used with. So prior to activation, the phones are unlocked.
This lets Apple sell the phones without having to be carrier specific at time of manufacturing. Once you activate the phone with a sim card, it follows the locking policy of the carrier that you used. Some will lock your phone for X amount of days. Some lock it until you request an unlock and don't owe a bill. It depends on your specific carrier.

Is this can be used with t-mobile? No issues right? can you offer for $750
It will work with T-Mobile without any issues. The least we can do is $800 because of fees and shipping costs.
