Damage Description
Major imperfections & cosmetic blemishes:
1. On the upper right corner of bottom case (near the LCD screen), there is a small ding about 3-4mm.
2. Where the Magsafe connector port is at, there is a slight impression (feels a little uneven). Only noticeable when inspecting at certain angles or lighting. Hard to capture this blemish on camera. A few scuff marks on the bottom of the connector area.
3. On the right side bottom vent, there is a noticeable scuff mark in the middle vent.
The rest is normal wear and tear for a laptop of its age. Please view the up-close pictures and let me know if you need any other hi-resolution pics. I want to make sure the buyer knows exactly what they are getting, so more than happy to help out!

This laptop is the higher-end model with the dual graphics card, not the single Intel Iris Pro. It comes with the AMD Radeon R9 M370X graphics card which is ideal for users that are doing heavy video editing, using an external monitor, or want that extra graphics processing power.
Tested with Pixel Check Mac app and there are no dead pixels. No screen delamination of anti-gloss retina coating which is notorious problem for the 2012-2015 MBP Retinas. Screen is near perfect condition, I would rate a 9.25 out of 10 scale due to a few minor nicks through handling and usage.

Santiago what state do you live in? Yes, please check that these other models are not the slower 2.2 GHz processor, only have single graphics card and 512GB storage space. I thought about removing the 1TB SSD to replaced with the 512GB storage so I can list this laptop for lower price.

Intel SSD I tried Samsung 970 EVO before it's hotter and drains the battery faster.
Can you be more specific on which type of ssd that you installed on this.. exactly what model Intel drive. Intel makes a lot of drives. Some slower than the others.
Jimmy, the SSD is the Intel 660p Series M.2 2280 1TB PCI-Express 3.0 x 4 3D NAND. Samsung SSDs are the fastest drives but there are pros and cons to it, depends on your style of use. Let me know if you have any other questions
Will this ssd handle 4k video editing? Or Samsung drive would be faster.
It can handle 4K videos but the Samsung SSDs are still faster. But for performance gains - it usually leads to more heat (6-12c hotter), drains battery faster and sometimes stability issue (kernel panic attacks) depending on OS and setup.
My goal is to compose music/vocals using Logic Pro as well as some video production to go with my music. Can you let me know if your Mac can do the job? Does it have the appropriate specs to meet my goals?

Hello Christopher, thanks for checking out my listing. Logic Pro X requires macOS 10.13.6 or later, this laptop OS is the latest 10.14.6 Mojave. It requires minimum at least 4GB of RAM, this laptop has up to 16GB of RAM. It requires at least the Intel HD Graphics 3000 or later, while this model has a dual graphics card which is ideal for Mac users doing video editing. And finally, it requires 6GB of disk space for installation and this laptop has up to 1TB or 1000GB of storage space.
I use this laptop for software development (some apps are processor and memory intensive) and believe it has more than enough power to handle your needs. Hope all that info helps.
