It is not still under warranty. Apple does not throttle iPads like they do iPhones so battery health is not an option to view on an iPad.
Hi ken you actually can if you use 3U Tool. that is the tool i used to view battery life and how many times it charges.
You're correct. You can download and use any 3rd party battery app in the app store but iPads do not have an apple built-in battery performance indicator in their iPad iOS.
