If a device is returned with an IMEI/serial number that does not match or if a device is returned with any replaced parts ,your item will be returned to sender. We will also report any fraud to the proper authorities including our local police department, PayPal, Swappa, United States Postal Service and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
We reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for devices not returned in their original condition. Return without sticker on the bottom screw will not be accepted.
