How are you selling it if the financing isn't complete?

Phone is locked to sprint meaning it’s not unlocked to be used with any other carrier and phone isn’t financed. If you’re looking for Unlocked Phone this is not the phone for you.

Silly - you are just lost in the GSM SIM lock lingo... Sprint devices work differently than other cellular networks; they're remote programmable. Just go to the System Updates page in Settings and see if the "UICC Lock" menu option indicates it is unlocked. If phone is paid in full and has been active on Sprint service for a minimum number of days, they automatically unlock the SIM card port. Takes just a few seconds to do!
