is there anything wrong with the phone? where are the scratches located?

Nothing is wrong with the phone, it functions perfectly. The scratches are on the screen but are so tiny that you can only see them in direct light, but if you're not trying to look for them, you can't see them.
Just to clarify, if item if not as listed, item can be returned for refund? highly interested in phone
