USPS messed up several ways on an easy delivery. It was scheduled for Fri 10 delivery on day of purchase then they changed it to Thurs 9 , I was home all day . Then they changed it back to Fri 10 but the redelivery form was not operational and could not be submitted. I was home all day Thurs & Fri and did not get my phone. They know to knock on the left door but tagged the right door , which is a porch. USPS FAIL!

Zelphone , This is a complete USPS FAIL. I will remedy this situation TODAY! I was here when USPS came but left in seconds. USPS knows the door to knock on but didn't. They changed the delivery date twice and it was confusing bc I am disabled and here 99% of the time .Epic fail on their part this time. The website for re-delivery was not working properly and the pkg should have come Friday ... the day origionally posted by THEM
