What is your region? If you are around California, I could do 420. The shipping cost is too much to ship it to east coast.

Has it ever been in developer mode? If you're not the original owner, you can confirm by looking in chrome://system. Also interested in the battery stats. If it's not too much trouble, to get them you hit Ctrl+Alt+T and type battery_test at the prompt.
