Very little nicks (visible in photo) on the sides of the machine due to usage. some scratches on the underside you will never see, but inside there is not a single scratch on the screen and no damage to the keyboard or inside whatsoever. Comes with it's original charger.

Does the fan noise kick in after a while. I've had two of these and the fan noise was unbearable to me.

Hey there! No...in all honesty I haven't noticed it at all. Perhaps your hearing is supersonic but I only ever noticed anything when I was really pushing the machine. Even then, it's reasonably quiet.
