Nintendo Switch Joy-Con (L-R)

Cancellations or packages returned due to an incorrect buyer-provided shipping address, buyer’s remorse, or other buyer-related reasons unrelated to seller error are subject to a 5% fee deducted from the refund to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.

The same fee applies if a high-value package requiring signature confirmation is returned because the buyer is unavailable to accept delivery and does not arrange pickup with the carrier.
