Seller Shipping Policy
We ship via USPS/UPS ground within 2 business days of the purchase to all 50 states. We do not ship internationally. We ship out devices Monday through Saturday. UPS 2-Day Air is available for a fee ($20-$35 depending on your location). Please reach out if you want to upgrade your shipping.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for defective products or if device does not meet the condition described in the listing, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
Return Conditions :
The device must be returned in the same condition as received.
The device must be the same device that was shipped by MidwestTechOutlet.
All included accessories and items must be returned with the device.
The device must not have been intentionally damaged, modified, repaired, or tampered with after delivery.
Any activation locks, passcodes, or accounts must be removed before the device is returned.
Buyer Remorse / Changed Mind :
Returns due solely to buyer's remorse, purchasing the wrong model, or changing your mind are accepted within the 14-day return period when the item is returned in the same condition as received.
Buyers will be charged for return shipping, Paypal fees and a $5 advertising fee
Cancellation of sale :
Cancellation of a sale before it is shipped out will be accepted. A refund will be issued minus Paypal fees and a $5 advertising fee
