• Log out of iCloud and Samsung accounts before returning device,or If seal is broken on a brand new device, incurs a 50% restocking fee.
• Condition Reporting: Report physical or liquid damage within 3 days of receipt to maintain return eligibility.
• IMEI Verification: Returned device IMEI must match the original record.
• Return Window: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Buyer covers return shipping. Unwanted items or buyer errors incur a 20% restocking fee plus initial shipping costs. Items must include all original accessories and be in original condition.
