Seller Shipping Policy
Orders paid before 3:00 PM ET ship the same business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Free standard shipping includes tracking and insurance. Tracking is uploaded once the order ships, and all devices are securely packaged.
We do not ship on Saturdays. Express shipping is unavailable for purchases made on Friday. Orders ship only to the address provided at checkout.

Seller Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Defective or not-as-described items qualify for a full refund and seller-paid return shipping.
Buyer-remorse, accidental-purchase, or carrier-compatibility returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
The device must be returned in its original condition with the matching IMEI, included accessories, and all personal accounts removed. Refunds are processed after the return is received and inspected.
