M3 Max 16-core CPU/40-core GPU. 64 GB memory -- try pricing that much RAM out these days -- 1 TB SSD. 97% battery capacity / 43 cycles. Desk-only use by a remote software engineer at home, in clamshell mode. Barely even looked at it or touched it. No scratches, dings, or dents, with the exception of 3-4 TINY (grain of sand) dings along the lid edge -- see photos as I was careful to capture these in detail. No surprises! The small off-kilter rectangle with slightly different coloration, visible on the bottom side, is the spot where my former employer's inventory sticker was. It has been removed cleanly and should fade in time.

Battery: 97% max capacity / 43 TOTAL cycles (Apple rates for 1000) / Condition Normal. Screenshot in listing.
