We pack every phone securely and ship discreetly (check our reviews).

Shipping included: tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation.
We ship US only, including Hawaii & Alaska.
No international shipping, APO/FPO, or U.S. protectorates.

Orders ship within 2 business days. Friday orders ship by Tuesday at the latest. No weekend/holiday shipping.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout (and in PayPal). We can only ship to the address provided. If you need to change it after ordering, we’ll have to cancel and refund the order (a 6% fee applies to cover PayPal fees), and you can reorder with the correct address.

We may cancel and refund orders before shipment if the address/customer is flagged for fraud risk or the address is invalid.

Returns and Refunds

Seller Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

If your package is lost or damaged in transit to you, we’ll issue a full refund with no fees.

Covered under warranty:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage or loss while in transit to you by the shipping carrier

Not covered:
- Buyer’s remorse (restocking fee applies)
- Packages lost after successful delivery

Returns will be denied if:
- You don’t remove your passcode or iCloud/Google/Samsung account
- The device is returned locked or still linked to your account
- You don't return the charging kit or accessories (a $20 fee applies)
- Customer-caused damage (cracks, water, screen burns)
- Phones that have been opened or repaired

Report any damage within 1 day of delivery. After that, damage is considered your responsibility.

Refunds require:
- The phone must be fully reset to the Hello/Setup screen
- The IMEI must match the one we provided before shipping
- We’ll send a YouTube tutorial on how to factory reset

Once approved:
- You’ll receive a prepaid return label
- Return shipping cost is deducted from the refund
- The device must be shipped within 3 business days and received within 10, or the return will be closed
- Only use our return label using your own voids the return

All phones are sold as-is, but include a 30-day limited warranty for issues present at delivery. Claims after 30 days won’t be accepted.
