30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period for refurbished laptops, desktops, and computer hardware from the date of delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, you may request a return or replacement within 30 days.

To qualify for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original accessories included. Returns may be denied for products with physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, missing parts, or unauthorized modifications after delivery.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Buyers are responsible for initiating the return request within the 30-day window.

After 30 days, all sales are considered final unless otherwise covered by a separate warranty.
