This product includes a 90 Days limited warranty covering manufacturing defects affecting normal functionality.

The warranty does NOT cover:
• Issues caused by heavy usage (e.g., battery degradation over time)
• Physical damage (e.g., heavy scratches, cracks, dents, or damage from accidental drops)
• Water damage (e.g., moisture exposure or submersion in water)
• Any unauthorized repairs or tampering by third parties — this will void the warranty.

Even if the device is IP-rated, it is water-resistant, not waterproof. Any sign of water damage voids the warranty.

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs both to and from our service center.
