Fully tested, serviced, and optimized for desktop use. I have completely disassembled the card to apply fresh thermal compound on the GPU die and fresh thermal pads on the GDDR5 VRAM modules. Includes a custom 3D-printed fan shroud designed and a standard 120mm fan to eliminate thermal throttling. Runs extremely cool under heavy matrix multiplication workloads (holds very cool temps under sustained load).
