Shipments via UPS on the same day or the next business day with signature required.

Prior to completing your purchase, please be advised of the following terms, which are established to ensure a secure and transparent transaction for all involved parties:

* Photographic and video of the product will be created, including the IMEI/Serial number and the device's condition (front, back, and all sides).
* Proof of shipment will be recorded during the packaging process.
* All records will be securely retained for a period of 12 months.
* All sales are considered final, and returns will not be accepted due to buyer's remorse.

Exceptions: Returns will only be accepted if the item arrives damaged. In such an infrequent event, video evidence of the unboxing process, clearly displaying the shipping label and the damage, will be strictly required to initiate a claim.
Any attempt at a false claim or fraudulent activity will be reported to law enforcement against the buyer.
