This is a new, open box return. All original accessories are included; the only the missing from a factory sealed box is the paper slip that covers the charging case and the box cover.

Tested to confirm power, connectivity, and functionality. 100% working condition. Physically in mint condition. I noticed zero issues in audio, connectivity, or charging.

These were cleaned with isopropyl alcohol, tested, and cleaned again. I cleaned the earbuds, the charging case, and each individual earbud tip.
