Buyer’s remorse returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery with prior approval through Swappa messaging.
Item must be returned in the same condition received, including all original accessories and packaging.
Approved refunds will be issued minus all seller-incurred fees (payment processing, platform, shipping, insurance, etc.) and a $15 restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Unauthorized or damaged returns may be denied.
