The device network settings says it's network UNLOCKED. The screen is in good condition with either no or very minimal scratches. the battery is "fair". There are scuffs on the back. This was my daily phone for a long time and I loved it so much and I was very careful, always having a screen protector and a case, but scrapes and scuffs and things like that are unavoidable over the years. I really loved this phone!! comes with a case and screen protector.
