Great product

Phone is good. Not $700 good but definitely $300 good.

Good value in 2020, still a solid performer. Prefer this physical size over newer phones.

Huge improvement over my galaxy S7.

Small, lightweight smartphone with lots of features. Only downsides are poor fingerprint reader placement below camera lens and the smartphone runs hot in use. Great that it has a headset jack unlink many newer smartphones.

I think this line is a good balance between the S10 and the S8. At bargain-basement prices. I don't buy the phone from the carrier anymore

Never heard of Swappa until I moved to T-Mobile last month. Wanted upgrade from S8, T-Mobile and 600mhz compatible, eligible for Android 10, and savings. Happily surprised from beginning. Loved detailed site UI, devices available, ability to communicate with staff, seller. Read good reviews, perceived transparency from Swappa, generally assured about technical knowledge. Signing up easy, purchase process fluid. Received S9 in week.

Have had it for part of seven days. Looks great. Loved that it came with glass protector. Now wears Unicorn Beetle Pro case. No issues setting up. Went through Checklist for after receiving phone. No hiccup to-date. Not blacklisted, no apparent moisture damage per indicator in device. Arrived with small dent on edge of camera lens. [I have photo] Can barely notice it, unless you pass finger over it. Doesn't seem to affect camera.

Phone faster, more responsive. Better battery, camera. Love features not in S8. Hope to have it two years. Satisfied so far.
