great screen and photos. phone quality great so far. fingerprint scanner VERY picky tho. dunno yet about battery life; been using it so much to set up accounts that it is hard to assess

It's super heavy compared to my OnePlus 6T but I needed an upgrade. Battery life sucks and this is a new phone. It gets super hot as well. Don't understand why Samsung is charging $800 for a phone. Thank God I found one on Swappa brand new for half that price.

Shipping was excellent, the phone was as advertised in excellent condition. It looked new. This is the third phone I've bought through Swappa in the last 6 or 7 years and have never had a problem.

The Bixby assistand is a royal pain but otherwise, it is a great phone.
