The phone is great and satisfies all my needs.
Samsung disabled the phone over a supposed trade in issue, instead of taking the difference out of the buyers account. This left me with a paper weight and a buyer who was clearly trying to scam the system.
Samsung should not have the right to disable any phone unless its for "STOLEN" reasons.
