Product was listed as new, unopened. Seller was true to his word. Phone is great and should carry me through a few years. A little bittersweet as I'm not a Samsung fan but Google & OnePlus have not provided decent alternatives.

My husband wanted this phone at the Verizon store for $1000, I saved $400 by ordering off Swappa. Same new phone, at a better price on Swappa.
