This phone works great and is a way better alternative for a brand new one. I dont care about scratches at all and that probably has to do with the shipping turbulence. The scratches will not affect your phones performance whatsoever. I'm very happy with this product :).

I purchased a very-lightly-used S20 and am overall pleased. Switch it to the higher refresh rate and the graphics are absolutely fantastic. Battery life is okay to meh, but that may be because mine is used. BEWARE IF YOU PURCHASE THE VERIZON VERSION THAT IT IS NOT THE SAME AS ATT OR UNLOCKED VERSIONS!!!! This was not clear in any review or listing I read ahead of time and I returned the Verizon version at my own expense. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT.

The pictures did not do justice. This phone is in pristine condition. Followed all the steps to test the phone and everything is on point.

The phone was described a mint condition and that is what I received, Not a scratch on it, and perhaps it was never really used.
