My wife (who this phone was purchased for) is a Samsung fan and needed to upgrade from her old Samsung phone. The newest Samsung phones are pretty expensive so she "settled" for this one - last year's model. So far, it's been great. New, working great, and she's familiar with how to operate it.

Great customer service and product was better than expected

Terrific phone. I've yet to go through all the options and features. Amazingly fast and excellent quality. Great choice of phone!
