The phone I received was in great condition as stated in the web site
only it took a long time to get it. But that's because UPS they don't deliver any thing
before the delivery date even though the Item was here already in the local distribution
center 4 days before the delivery date.
I would have been better if the it come through USPS.

First day for my wife's new phone, but so far, so good. Transfer of files was easy using Samsung Switch, and it's much faster than her previous phone, which was a Galaxy 8.

I love my new phone

What else needs to be said about this series of phone at this point? Other than a headphone jack that is mysteriously missing now, the only other thing I could ask for is an IR blaster. Fantastic device with all the frills. After 13+ years of solely HTC for myself, I feel caged by the lack of an unlocked bootloader and Edge Sense but I feel this is the best bet going forward.

This is perhaps my favorite smartphone ever, but its retail price is pretty high.

Every item I've ever purchased has come exactly as described and this one is no exception. It's in effect condition and came with other items that would normally have cost a fair bit more than I paid.
