The Pixel 2 had a Cinematic 5.0-inch display and the Pixel 3a XL has a 6.0-inch Fullscreen display. The battery goes from 2700 mAh in the Pixel 2 to a 3700 mAh in the Pixel 3a XL. The camera hardware is similar between both models, however, the Pixel 3a XL did arrive with some extra camera features such as Top Shot, Motion Auto Focus, and Super Res Zoom. Otherwise, the Pixel 3a XL has 64GB of internal storage, 4GB of RAM, and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 processor.
