Interior camera lens was cracked upon arrival. Would need to send phone back and be without a phone for them to send a new one. Unfortunately need my phone for work daily, so stuck with the phone I purchased.

Phone had more than a few screen scratches, wasn't packaged well, and had not been factory reset. However it is working well.

Originally I had written a positive review... phone was working fine until I dropped it and the screen popped out. I popped it back in, no problem. However, somehow this drop impacted the battery to the point of it not being recognized by the phone. The battery then would not recognize a charger or hold a charge. Luckily I had a different iPhone 11 Pro and was able to switch the batteries myself. Phone now back in good working order.

This never would have occurred if the screen was correctly attached to the rest of the phone. I was going to change my review to 'negative' but I think that would be unfair considering I never reached out to the seller when the issue happened because I didn't want to worry about the hassle, so I am changing my review to 'neutral' instead.

Poor communication as in not getting back to us about a request for faster shipping and communicating when the phone was actually shipped. We requested and offered to pay expedited shipping for Christmas, (Dec 19th) but the vendor took 4 days to bring the phone to the post office (Dec. 23rd) and then it was 6 more days to arrive (GA to Florida) as they sent it basic shipping. Vendor needs to work on safer packing as the phone was just rolled up in a bubble envelope and sent in a thin cardboard mailer. Fortunately, the phone works properly.
Seller should also be identified as a company and not a private seller on here.

iphone looked good from the outside - but there are 2 issues with it from the start- first the flashlight does not work. Also, the phone will randomly mute my voice while I'm on a call. And the person can no longer hear me. I have to toggle between speaker phone often.
