I'm only three months into the use of this phone and it's got battery performance that's result is I'll need to look into another phone. Less than 2 hours of use before dead.

Microphone while on speaker is clogged and sound quality for the other party is subpar. Dark spots on macro camera. NOT just “some minor scratches”

The problem is that I received a device that is not, I received a white iPhone with the damaged screen does not work, and well when I arrived there was a card from a cell phone store that sells iPhones on eBay refurbished

The seller accidentally sent the wrong phone. I understand mistakes happen. I was then asked to ship the phone back and pay for shipping. I was never reimbursed shipping charges to return the phone. I did not receive any communication and it took 7 days to get my refund after the seller received the returned phone. Buyer Beware.

The sale was of a device which turned out to be a blacklisted device but the seller is great. Upstanding and easy to contact and resolve any issues which arise.

This was a brand new sealed device which the seller couldn't have known would be blacklisted so I have nothing against them but it was stressful which is why I'm mentioning it.

SCAMMER, beware with this seller i bought a good condition phone from him and he sends me a different phone that is poor condition as i ask for my refund he refuses to do so and also refuses to send a return label so i had to go out my way buy a return label send it and wait a whole month going back and forth to get my money back. swappa customer service was also a headache to deal with so save your self the head ache and buy from someone else.

I received my phone quickly and am happy with it.

Item was shipped fast but arrived with a visibly damaged camera that wasn't shown in the listing photos. Messaged the seller to resolve, they were short and not very helpful. Took many messages to finally get to the solution I originally proposed...return for full refund. From me mailing the shipment back to receiving a refund took 18 days. Would not recommend.

The phone keeps shutting down and losing power rapidly.

Edit: after 2 months, one of the two cameras no longer works, the touch screen periodically does not work, and the battery health is down to 91% (from 100). I have to charge my phone half way through the day.

Included knock-off third-party charger. However watch was in perfect condition.

All I am going to say is swappa will have you thinking somebody will run off your money and you don’t get the phone you ordered but overall all everything was ok with the iPhone 13

After a few months of use, the battery has become swollen to the point where I needed to get a battery replacement, and the screen is in poor condition as you can barely see it in the daylight. Also, one of the cameras is broken.

Condition of screen was less than expected, but was able to resolve quickly via partial refund to account for the condition. Everything else works as expected and IMEI was clean and was able to activate on my T-Mobile account.

Blue tooth inop. Display is not a genuine apple product so there’s a constant notification. For the money I paid I made a bad purchase going through this vendor
