Very poor experience, seller sold me an galaxy s7 edge, and 3 days after I activated it he reported it to tmobile as stolen so the Imei got blacklisted And phone can't be used on any network.
Typical insurance fraud that he tried doing.
Seller did not respond to multiple requests from me or from swappa team to issue a refund once I returned the phone to him so i had to dispute it on paypal and they refunded my money.

Seller shipped phone relatively quick. One issue is that the phone is locked by the service provider (T-mobile) after a month. Good thing I did not mark the sale as complete. The seller only refunded the sale price even though I insisted he pay for return shipping. Seller did not return communication beyond providing name and shipping address to return the phone. I had to eat the returned shipping cost ($12.50). The listing disappeared from my buying so I was not able to rate the seller at the time. NOT sure if the seller or SWAPPA removed it from my buying. After a few months, I noticed I still have the link to the listing so here I am reviewing this seller. I recommend to protect yourself to not complete the sale after you received the phone. Complete the sale after you have the phone for more than one months, this is to protect yourself from seller who sell phone that is not fully paid off like this one.

Shipping was very slow, took a week to get here. Could be affected by the holiday. Battery life on phone depletes very quickly, maybe with age. Otherwise, good seller.
