Received device in a quick and timely manner. Device did not come with sim card, which was stated, but trying to get a new one from Verizon was a bit of a hassle because the serial number was not included in the packaging. The device has to be turned on to get serial number and it didn't want to turn on without the sim card... Quite the dilemma. But all in all Good phone, quick service.

Seller wouldn't budge on sending to address provided and confirmed in Swappa and insisted to send to PayPal address. What's the point of having a place to enter an address in Swappa if seller refuses to use.
