Phone was listed as AT&T. When received, it was a locked T-Mobile. Seller could not unlock, so I had to return it (at my cost including insurance) to be refunded. Refund was processed quickly after item received.

Faulty device and usb charging cable, had to have them replaced (at least they still had a month left on the warranty), was sent a 5w wall adaptor for an old ipod rather than the original 12w adaptor (which cost me $19). Lesson learned - things are not always as they are purported to be. Very unhappy.
