Phone was in great shape. Only gripe would be with USPS shipping updates, but that's nothing to do with the seller.

The phone came even thought with a little delay in the shipping. Phone is as new as it can get. All function working. Will give further update if anything happen in a week or two

Update as of July 17, I bought this back in April 27 for my gf 2nd anniversary. Initially it was working when i first check it out so i left the phone un-touch / un-use until July 3, 2016. When my girlfriend put in her sim card, the phone didn't recognized her sim card. So i put mine in and it didn't recognized my sim card (unlike the first time when i tried back in April when i first got the phone). It took me couple of days to researching and trying to get it work (well it was a waste of my whole week). Luckily i took the phone back to Apple store they tested and verified the phone is FKED and give me a replacement one (thanks GOD or else i would have to shelf out $800 for new iphone, kuddo to Apple). Anyway, I wouldn't recommend to buy from online again. I got lucky that Apple help out.

Had some activation issues w/ VZW, but received quick responses from Seller/Swappa to alleviate my concerns.

Bought a VZW HTC One M8 from them and everything was fine. Payment was smooth, shipping and updates on shipping went well. Did have a little bit of trouble installing some apps but it was just an update issue from other apps and system software. Once updated everything is working great.

Phone is as described. Very small dent on back, screen is perfect. only slight glitch is that it is a factory unlocked phone, not a T-Mobile phone. Once set up correctly it works fine on T-Mobile, although a couple of T-Mobile-specific features such as WiFi calling do not work. I have a strong enough signal so that this is not a concern - overall happy with the phone and the great service.
