Got my refund for a phone that literally should not have been listed as Good Condition but rather in Fair Condition. They labeled the phone as 'Flawless Screen Display', but it has one deep scratch on it that I'm guessing they didn't see because of some layered screen protectors. Bothered by this, we still tried to be like okay well it was listed under good condition, so maybe we can overlook this as well, and the S-Pen was so dirty, we had to clean it. Finally when we turned the phone on to watch a video, the speaker itself sounded like it was dunked in water, not a software issue but a hardware one. Shake the phone and you can hear something fumble around. That was the last straw after multiple factory resets, so we decided to get a refund. They were very generous about it and even paid for a prepaid shipping label which was very convenient. This won't stop me from shopping with them, just wish they didn't lock their comments. So I can get needed information.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 10% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
