I bought two phones from you. A Flip 7 and a Fold 6. After swapping things from the old phone, I noticed the Fold was running on Android 14 and would not update. I'm somewhat tech savvy and was able to use Odin to update the Fold. I specifically bought both phones for T-Mobile because of antenna issues. The Flip is a Verizon phone. This phone would not update either. I tried to update it with Odin and soft bricked it. After a few YouTube videos I got the Verizon firmware back on it. I understand these phones aren't perfect but they should still be able to update on their own.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 10% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
