The first phone they sent me had a defect with its SIM, but once I reached out and told them, they were quick to offer me a replacement and offered to check the SIM on it themselves. They were professional and efficient in sending the replacement once the defective one was returned. I'm impressed with their customer service, even if I would have preferred to get a working device the first time. I would do business with them again.
