got sent someone elses phone and took 4 days to be contacted with a resolution. Then had to wait an extra week for the exchange. no attempt at compensation.

The phone works great and has lots of storage space which was my main criteria so i really like it. However, it is a bit more scratched up than the pictures imply. There are quite a few scratches on the back, sides, and light scratching on the front screen. Not super noticeable with a phone case on though. Also i thought it was supposed to include accessories (charger, headphones) but i could be mistaken, didnt get those
