I would definitely recommend this Seller. Excellent customer service and the laptop was in perfect condition on arrival. Our purchase didn't work out but not the Seller's fault. I was buying for an elderly friend & when the laptop arrived, he couldn't see the keyboard (it wasn't backlit). Seller took the return, no problem and refunded us immediately. Excellent Seller!
