Everything went great! Seller sent phone 2-day mail for free. And then sent a free shipping label when I needed to return it (not a phone issue). Great seller.

Received phone with SIM issue. I didn't realize it was the phone and not the SIM card itself at first, so I tossed the packaging (this has never happened to me before) and later went to a carrier store for a new SIM card. I had to pay for new packaging to return/print label once I learned it was the SIM reader, and reset the phone again to factory, which put me in the negative. However, I do appreciate the seller's prompt response, refund and paying return shipping - I've now noticed other sellers require buyer to pay return ship! In the future though I recommend they test the SIM card longer to avoid the hassle/expense for both parties.

The cell phone was excellent! However, the communication from this seller was non-existent. Even after I emailed requesting info, I never got a response until the item was delivered.
