Exactly what was stated. The packaging left a lot to be desired. Essentially, the phone was in a small bubble wrap envelope stuck in a box. It just banged around in there the whole time it was in transit.

Shipping was a little slower than expected; the back of the phone was loose (like it was glued shut, and the glue was coming up), but with a phone case, it seems like it will be okay; we considered returning it, but decided not to do so; it seems to be working okay now

Phone works but gets very hot when playing game. I dont think it should do that.
