The phone was in the condition that was stated and it arrived quickly.
I bought this for my dad and he loves the phone and would love to keep it BUT It has an I.T. administrator monitoring the phone from the GSA. Resets the phone after 2 hours. So if there’s no way of getting help around this hiccup we’re requesting a refund, please.
Ordered for my son a week before Christmas, inquired about shipping 12/23 as no update had been received. 12/24 the sale has been refunded and there will be no present for Christmas. Why wait almost a week to “notify” by just the refund from my credit card company telling me. Disappointing it could’ve been stated immediately or offered another similar model device. Any communication would’ve been appreciated.
