Very pleased with my experience. Phone is great & shipping was fast! Only comment is to wipe down devices before shipping out. Dust/dirt buildup in the shape of existing case was present, and easily wiped off with a damp microfiber towel

The phone did not charge when I received it. After using a flashlight to look in to the usb port I saw an insane amount of dirt or lint or something obstructing the charger. I used a pc duster and got most of it out. The charging still had issues. The battery on my phone stopped displaying a percentage and only gave me a question mark. Finally, today is the last straw. My phone was charging all night and I unplugged it to start the day only for it to die immediately. This is unacceptable for a phone meant to be in good condition. Additionally I have tried wireless charging as well and it has not helped. The issue must be with the battery on this phone.
